Now a days due to the changes in food intake many and many up to 70% of the population suffering from acidity. But non of them take care to come over it till it become serious. What happens if you neglect it?  the answer is Nothing...............but ULCERS are formed in the digestive system. if it is at peak levels, u get burned in the stomach even when you take a glass of water. it simple leads to an operation. 



The major cause for acidity, in our digestion process pepsin & hydrochloric acids are released  in high content  leads to acidity. Including with this, intake of many foods:        hot eatables directly swollen, chilly products, mustered products, spoil ed foods, more fat content foods, intake of alcohol, eating chocolates  every day, lots of tea/coffee, more stress, bad dite and anti inflammatory drugs intake mostly leads to acidity.

 The symptoms are found when we have burning in throat, region of chest, regular headache, vomits, lak of hungry, heat produced by body, bitter baps etc..
Lastly,helpful and amazing tips for treating:  
  • Take more water daily.
  • In a cup of water mix talcum powder/ cloves with it, if possible mix some quantity of honey and take it thrice a day morning afternoon and night.
  • Regularly take coconut water, you can also over come by eating good sort of coconut nuts of water is taken out available in green coconuts.
  • If not suffering with diabetes when you feel burning sensation in take a glass of cool water mixed wit two spoons of sugar to it.  you can find the best relief.
  • Take cool milk every day in the morning and evening with slow sips.
  • Avoid mustard products garlic,pepper, cabbage, califlowr.
  • Bread and straches having fiber content also cure ulcers.
  • Take lite and good food with a proper timetable to maintain control of digestive system.
  • Eating banans also cure your ulcers.
  • Drinking alovera juice, take it three to four times a day.
  • Eating meat products like beef, fish,sulma,chiken can also get over it. but avoid fat contents.
  • Larg intake of fiber foods also cure ulcers.
